What is your cancellation policy? Weather Policy? Late Policy?


We have a 2 week (14 day) Cancellation Policy in order to receive a full refund. We are a rain or shine cruise, since 3/4 of the boat is covered. If we cancel the cruise, due to severe weather, we do provide a full refund, excluding a 5% Cancellation Fee, or a voucher for another cruise. Do not assume your cruise is cancelled unless you receive a notification email from us. Contact us with questions / concerns.

For a private cruise, we will wait for you if you don’t arrive on time. For a public cruise, your reservation if subject to cancellation if you don’t arrive on time. We have to leave and return at our scheduled times in respect for other groups. Please plan ahead and be on time.
