Nashville BACH Party Cruise

The policy is a full refund 30 days prior to cruise departure time less the non-refundable 10% booking fee (10% of the subtotal which includes the ticket and alcohol package). Cancellations within 30 days, no-shows, or late for departure are 100% non-refundable and non-transferable. The 30+ day cancellation policy applies to any change in the guest count for a reservation. Please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to accommodate you on another cruise with a 20% change fee, we understand life happens.

Cruises operate rain or shine since 3/4 of the boat has a covered roof. If Pontoon Saloon cancels due to severe weather we offer a refund of 50% or 100% toward a gift card for use at any future date. We will notify you 1.5 hours in advance if we need to delay or cancel your cruise. We are more flexible during our winter months (November-March) if we have random severe cold weather.

CHANGES TO EXISTING RESERVATIONS

We recommend booking as soon possible since we have limited availability for this specialty cruise. Especially if you have 10+ in your group, you will want to book at least 90 days out. Our Friday & Saturday cruises sell out fast.

Is the alcohol unlimited? Yes, we have a variety of beer and seltzers on board and it is unlimited throughout the duration of your cruise. No BYOB is permitted on this cruise and you can’t take beer/seltzers with you after the end of your cruise.

We have enough beer and seltzer as an all-inclusive on the boat for all guests for the two-hour experience, however, if we find that people are wasting alcohol, or being inconsiderate we reserve the right to either end the cruise early or cut off said individuals. We are here to have fun and be respectful to the other guests, the crew, and the river.

Public cruises include the Mimosa Cruise, Pontoon Party Cruise, and Sunsets & Skylines Cruise. These cruises have a bar atmosphere with mixed groups, dancing, drinking games, and fun music. The Bach Party Cruise is a public cruise, but it’s only for bachelorette & bachelor parties—typically with around 4 different groups on the boat. This cruise includes a variety of beer and seltzers in the ticket price.
