The following actions are prohibited on the Pontoon Saloon. The crew has the discretion to remove any passengers or cancel the cruise, if these rules are violated or any inappropriate behavior is escalated. No refund will be issued.
- Over intoxication
- Vulgar language
- Indecent Exposure
- Vomiting
- Public Urination
- Littering
For any vomiting, public urination, or littering on the Pontoon Saloon or dock, there will be a $250 fine charged to the card on file.
Flexible Refunds (purchase required): All Cruises, If you purchase a FLEXIBLE REFUND this policy now replaces the below cancellation policy. Please see "Flexible Refunds" FAQ for more info.
Public Cruise: Policy is a full refund 14 days prior to cruise departure time. If you cancel within 14 days of the cruise departure there will be no refund, unless we fill your reservation with another reservation we provide a 100% credit toward a future cruise within a year. If you no show or if you are late to the cruise we will not provide a refund or credit.
Private Cruise: Policy is a full refund 14 days prior to cruise departure time LESS the $200 non-refundable deposit. If you cancel within 14 days of the cruise departure there will be no refund. Within the 14 day window your cruise is 100% non-refundable.
WEATHER CANCELLATION POLICY
Our cruises operate rain or shine since 3/4 of the boat has a covered roof. If we cancel due to severe weather we provide a 50% refund or full credit. Do not assume your cruise is cancelled due to severe weather, we will notify you prior to the cruise, if cancelled and we reserve the right to delay cruises as needed.
If you Upgrade your booking at initial time of purchase to a "Flexible Refund" you will receive a 100% refund if you cannot attend for one of the many reasons in our Terms and Conditions here, which you accept when you select a Refundable Booking. When you purchase this policy our standard cancellation policy no longer applies. Some of those reasons include:
- Sickness, Accident, Injury
- Public transport failure
- Private vehicle failure
- Emergency services recall
- Home emergency
- Immediate relative sickness
- Pre-existing medical conditions

Due to Covid restrictions, 35 Guests plus 2 crew members for private cruises. 25 -30 guests for public cruises.
Non Covid: 47 Guests for Private Cruises, and 40 Guests for Public Cruises.
The safety of guests and employees is our top priority. While health & safety procedures are followed on a daily basis, we will enforce the following to be sure everyone stays healthy:
- Operating at 50% capacity,
- Socially distanced seating,
- Masks required by employees,
- Temperature checks upon entry,
- Masks required while boarding until seated,
- Sanitation procedures after every cruise.
We are closely monitoring daily updates & recommendations from local and federal authorities.
