The following actions are prohibited on the Pontoon Saloon. The crew has the discretion to remove any passengers or cancel the cruise, if these rules are violated or any inappropriate behavior is escalated. No refund will be issued.
- Over intoxication
- Vulgar language
- Indecent Exposure
- Public Urination
For any vomiting, public urination, or littering on the Pontoon Saloon or dock, there will be a $250 fine charged to the card on file.
Public Cruise (this includes the mimosa cruise): Our policy is a week (7 day) Cancellation period in order to receive a full refund on your booking. If you try to cancel within the 7 day window there is NO refund or voucher toward a future cruise. If you need to reduce the number of guests on your reservation, you can receive a full refund if the change is made 7 days in advance from your cruise date. Also, if you do not arrive on time or no show for the cruise, we will depart without you and there is still no refund as each cruises leaves every 2.5 hours.
Private Cruise: Our policy is a 2 week (14 day) Cancellation period in order to receive a full refund on your booking less the 20% non-refundable deposit taken upon reservation. Within the 14 day window your cruise is non-refundable.
WEATHER CANCELLATION POLICY
Our cruises operate rain or shine since 3/4 of the boat is covered. If weather is severe and the cruise must cancel there is a 50% refund as we do not control the weather, however you will receive a voucher toward another cruise in the same calendar year. Do not assume your cruise is cancelled unless you receive a notification email / phone call from us.
