Departure Location
Riverfront Dock East — All riverboat cruises in Nashville will depart from the East Bank Dock (2 Victory Ave) unless stated otherwise in your confirmation email.
Lock One Marina — We reserve the right to change dock locations due to city events.

CANCELLATION POLICY
The following applies to all private party cruise reservations.
- Deposit made at time of booking (50%) is non-refundable
- If cancelled 30 days prior to cruise date (in writing) – Partial refund of anything paid beyond the deposit
- If canceled within 30 days of cruise date – No refund
- Cruise Date/Times can be changed within the current season up to 48 hours before cruise
- Cruise Date/Time changes for Friday/Saturday/Holiday will incur a 20% change fee of total
- Missed cruise or No-show – No refund or rescheduling options
CHANGES TO EXISTING RESERVATIONS
If you need to cancel or make changes to an existing reservation, including adding or reducing the number of people in your party, please email us at events@pontoonsaloontn.com. Passenger counts for private cruises are due 7 days prior to your cruise date and cannot be reduced after this timeframe.
WEATHER POLICY
Our cruises operate rain or shine since 3/4 of the boat has a covered roof. If we cancel due to severe weather, we provide a full refund minus the booking fee or a full credit toward a future cruise. Do not assume your cruise is canceled due to severe weather—we will notify you prior to the cruise if it is canceled. We reserve the right to delay cruises as needed.
CAN WE HAVE LIVE MUSIC ONBOARD THE BOAT?
Yes! You can add on Live Music to your cruise. Fill out our contact form and our Cruise Coordinator will get back to you with details and the available artists you can choose from! We have a large sound system on board and our deckhands have curated fun playlists if you don’t think your group needs live music.
HOW EARLY SHOULD I BOOK MY CRUISE?
We recommend booking as soon as you decide on your cruise time. We have limited availability for private cruise times Thursday–Saturday. We have more availability Monday–Wednesday for corporate outings, so we typically recommend booking within 30–45 days prior to your event date.
IS THERE PARKING?
If your cruise leaves our of the East Bank Downtown Docks, there is minimal parking with first come first serve spaces. We do not provide our own parking lot. We recommend purchasing the shuttle service or this location is walkable from downtown. The Lock One Marina Location has free parking available or you can purchase the shuttle to this location. This Marian is located 10 minutes from downtown Nashville.
