Enjoy a private river cruise aboard the new Pontoon Saloon II, equipped with custom upgrades that provide a unique experience through Nashville’s Riverfront. The Luxury Private Cruise is the perfect boat tour experience for all occasions, with capacity up to 45 guests. It offers corporate packages, catering options, shuttle options, and flexible cruise times.
The pontoon is equipped with bar seating, a catering table, and lounge seating along the open top bow, giving you options to enjoy the sun or shade. Bring your own food and beverages or allow our Cruise Coordinator, your dedicated contact, to guide you through planning your private event. From catering and beverage service, to entertainment, and transportation, they will coordinate every detail.
The pontoon capacity and design are perfect for catered dinners, happy hour, partying, and dancing to your favorite playlist as we cruise through Music City. Whether you’re planning a celebration, corporate event, wedding festivities, or a party with friends/family, hosting an event on the Pontoon Saloon is the perfect space for a memorable Nashville experience!

Departure Locations
Riverfront Dock East — All cruises will depart from the east bank dock except for event dates noted below or stated otherwise in your confirmation email.
Lock One Marina — We reserve the right to change dock locations due to city events. Private Cruises will depart from Lock One Marina on the following dates: 6/8- 6/11, 7/2 – 7/5, 7/28, 7/29, 8/4- 8/6, 8/15, 8/19, 9/23

CANCELLATION POLICY FOR PRIVATE CRUISES
PRIVATE CRUISE CANCELLATION POLICY
Private Cruises require a $500 non -refundable deposit. The cancellation policy is a full refund 14 days prior to the cruise departure date LESS the $500 non-refundable deposit. If you cancel within 14 days of the cruise date, there will be no refund. Within the 14-day window, your cruise is 100% non-refundable. If we cancel the cruise due to severe weather, we offer a full refund minus the booking fee. We reserve the right to delay cruise departures due to weather.
CHANGES TO EXISTING RESERVATIONS
If you need to cancel or make changes to an existing reservation, including adding or reducing the number of people in your party, please email us at info@pontoonsaloontn.com.
WEATHER POLICY
Our cruises operate rain or shine since 3/4 of the boat has a covered roof. If we cancel due to severe weather, we provide a full refund minus the booking fee or a full credit toward a future cruise. Do not assume your cruise is canceled due to severe weather, we will notify you prior to the cruise if it is canceled. We reserve the right to delay cruises as needed.

IS THERE PARKING?
We highly recommend that you take Uber/Lyft or walking from Broadway. We don’t want anyone drinking and driving! We don’t provide parking & parking is limited around the dock and Nissan Stadium due to events. Please plan ahead and come early if you are driving. There are paid lots around the stadium that are a 10-minute walk to the dock. You can reserve a private shuttle for your group. We offer one-way or roundtrip options. If your party plans on driving, please contact us about departing out of our Lock One Marina Location.
HOW EARLY SHOULD I BOOK?
We recommend booking as soon as you decide on your cruise time. We have limited availability for private cruise times, so you will want to book at least 90 days out. Our Friday & Saturday cruises sell out fast.
CATERING OPTIONS?
Private cruises can be catered and we offer alcohol delivery! Whether you want light appetizers, Nashville Hot Chicken, or BBQ, we can help supply for your event. We work with Hattie Bs Hot Chicken and Martin’s BBQ.Please reach out to us for menus and pricing!
